Acero Industrial Park begins construction in October 2021

A group of businessmen interested in building the Steel Industrial Park south of the City will visit the Mexican Chamber of Industry and Construction to present their project.

The President of the CMIC, Raúl Flores, reported that the businessmen, in partnership with American companies, have a piece of land to the south of the City for the construction of the Industrial Park.

The project will soon be presented at the Mexican Chamber of Industry and Construction CMIC and later it will be taken to the Union of Business Organizations of the Region.

They also pointed out that several businessmen build industrial parks, however, that they are not materialized in the Central Region of the State, so they hope that the Steel Industrial Park project will be completed in 2022.

He mentioned that they will invite builders from the CMIC to participate in paving, drainage, drinking water and the construction of buildings, that is, it will be a medium-term project in the City.

He declared that if they start in 2021, the construction of industrial buildings will take a year and a half, since the project includes the construction of eight or 10 buildings in its first stage, as well as subdivision and urbanization of the property.
