With an investment of 250 million dollars, Park Industrial inaugurated the first stage of El Salto Park III, a logistics industrial park located in the El Salto industrial submarket, consolidating the region as a key point for the industry.

The first phase of the project covers more than 100 thousand m2 of surface area and has 90% leased, this occupation has allowed the start of the second stage, with the expectation that the nine industrial warehouses have been delivered in the next 12 months and the entire park will be completed within 18 months.

Salto Park III will have 315,507 square meters of industrial warehouses, within a total land of 535,185 square meters. It is estimated that the complex will generate approximately 5,000 jobs in the region.

Charles El-Mann Metta, CEO of Parks Industrial, highlighted that the development of this park represents significant growth with Innovation and a commitment to the logistics of the region.

Parks Industrial already operates eight industrial parks in the state of Jalisco, and it is the state that has established itself as one of the three most important investment hubs in the entire country.
