The warehouse in question is a mega sustainable project that will serve as the main factory for environmental products made from plant fibers, as well as blends of polymers and recycled materials.

The geographical location of the industrial warehouses of Calafia I and II, in Mexicali, Baja California, represents one of its great strengths due to its proximity to the United States.

The industrial park currently produces its own electricity and exports it to the United States and is about to receive the "Green Industrial Park" Certification from the Mexican Association of Private Industrial Parks (AMPIP).
