The proximity of Querétaro to the capital of the country, as well as positioning itself among the areas in constant development and legal certainty, are some of the elements that have influenced the developer to bet on undertaking projects in the entity, said the director of Wolstrat.
In the real estate market, he said, there is also a trend of people migrating from the country's capital to states like Querétaro. To a large extent, the developer added that people leaving Mexico City are looking for better living conditions.
