The GKN Aerospace Group will make an investment of more than 10 million dollars to incorporate three projects with high-tech equipment and processes that will allow it to supply leading clients in the manufacture of executive aircraft.

This future project contemplates the transfer of a production line that is currently in Europe, for the production of composite materials, the manufacture of elevators for aircraft, which is a line that is transferred from Asia, and the manufacture of fuselages for executive jets, which will be transferred from an operation in South Carolina.

The projects mean the generation of more than 100 new direct jobs in the city of Chihuahua. The personnel in charge will be trained by collaborators of the company from Europe and the United States.

The new industrial warehouse will be 80,000 square feet to establish these new assembly lines.
