The availability of labor, the geographical location and its excellent supply chain, have allowed Mexico to remain attractive for companies, especially for those that have chosen to grow their operations, as well as for others that have decided to invest for the first time. in the country.

The French company Le Bélier chose the Polígono Empresarial in San Miguel de Allende to install its plant in which they allocated 100 million dollars and ZF Group arrived in Nuevo León during 2021 to meet the needs of electric vehicles.

Preliminary FDI registered for January-September 2021 came from: 3,259 companies with foreign capital participation; 3,721 trust agreements; and 23 foreign legal entities.

The Chinese company Hisense will also have a presence for the first time in Nuevo León, where it invested more than 260 million dollars to build its plant in the Induustrial Park Hofusan, located in Salinas Victoria, where it will manufacture refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens and air conditioners, which will be exported to the United States, South America and the Caribbean.

Lizhong company from the automotive sector from China also arrived at the entity and signed a contract to settle in the Monterrey Interior Port and acquired a land of more than 18 hectares.

Neaton is another automotive company that will be based for the first time in Nuevo León and will be installed in the Avante Monterrey Industrial Park, in an area of 67,295 square feet. And Haeng Sung chose Savy Park V to install his power plant.

For their part, companies such as Mercado Libre, Sisamex, SKF, Vertiv and ULINE and Thermotek, among many others, grew their plants in municipalities such as San Nicolás de los Garza, Escobedo, Guadalupe and Apodaca.
