The Government of the state of Nuevo León, northern Mexico, issued this Wednesday the call for the construction of the works that are part of the comprehensive project for the access infrastructure to the factory plant of the Tesla company, announced to begin its construction at the beginning of 2024 in that state.

Through a statement, the state administration indicated that the published tenders are for an upper vehicular bridge, access ramps and the expansion of a third lane on the Monterrey-Saltillo highway.

These tenders are complementary to the studies and surveys carried out on previous dates,” the note detailed.

He specified that the objective of the works is to address the projection of the increase in vehicular flow that is expected to reach the state derived from the promotion strategies to attract foreign direct investment and take advantage of nearshoring.

The governor of the state of Nuevo León, Samuel García, published on his social networks some shots of a potential design that projected how the works will possibly look.
