Grupo Caxxor and OHLA will develop a master plan for logistics development in Nuevo León, which will focus on relaunching and detonating the Colombia-Nuevo León border crossing.
Privately and with their own resources, the companies will focus their strategy on the development of the freight railway and an industrial park with the characteristics of an inland port.
The project also includes agricultural development with infrastructure such as a sanitizer operated with nuclear technology, said Carlos Ortiz, CEO of Grupo Caxxor.

In a statement, Grupo Caxxor mentioned that the local government wants Nuevo León to have all the connectivity to a fully integrated border logistics hub.
That is, that provides security, legal certainty, high technology, services and all the elements of competitiveness to further detonate the vocation of transformation for the state.
The company estimates that private investment in infrastructure for Nuevo León in the next five years may exceed 2 billion dollars.
If the alliance prospers and the investors of both companies feel comfortable, they will collaborate in the development of other assets of the TMEC Corridor, to connect the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The authorities invited Caxxor to be a participant in the state's logistical vision with the aim of strengthening economic ties with Texas.

“Considering that the TMEC corridor seeks to develop in northern Mexico a port that provides services and connectivity to the Middle East of the United States with the Pacific and primarily to Texas.
"And that the possibility of being integrated into the TMEC corridor that until now included Sinaloa, Durango and Coahuila would be a great advance for Nuevo León," it was stated.
