NextiPark, begins construction in Jalisco

The first stone was laid for the construction of the new NextiPark industrial park in Jalisco, which will have an investment of around five billion pesos, on the Industrial Zapopan Norte corridor, developed by the KIVA real estate group.

The property has 43.5 hectares in which warehouses and first-rate facilities will be installed and will have 36,923 square meters of profitable area and 260 parking spaces.

The characteristics of the project include a business center with space for a meeting room and training area, a treatment plant, its own water well, concrete roads and large green areas.

The new NextiPark is expected to generate more than 5,000 direct jobs and nearly 10,000 indirect jobs in the region, which translates into a huge economic spill with medium and long-term results in the coming years, KIVA explained.

Likewise, the company pointed out that the building aims to become the most important industrial park in the municipality.

During the event of the unveiling of the first stone, the donation of 3.5 hectares that the government of Zapopan will receive was highlighted.

Which will be destined to the construction of recreational, sports and coexistence spaces for public use for the population of the surrounding communities such as: Nextipac, Santa Lucía, La Venta del Astillero, among others.

"We are pleased to strengthen the link between private and public banks, to continue offering the opportunity to build a safe and profitable equity to our partners, customers and collaborators," reported the developer.
