The average rental price of office spaces in Monterrey has been increasing throughout the year and in the month of August the city was positioned in third place in Mexico with a price of 18.30 dollars per square meter per month, located only below Mexico City and Tijuana with $20.90 and $21.50 per square meter respectively.
