The city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, will house the tallest skyscraper in all of Latin America: Torre Rise, developed by Ancore Group and Nest.
It is a project with 94 floors and five basements, which will include more than four thousand 300 square meters (m2) of green areas and more than eight thousand m2 of amenities.
The current proposal, presented to state authorities, stipulates a height of 475 meters. However, the possibility of making modifications to exceed 500 meters is still being analyzed.

This building will have 34 floors for use as smart offices, eight floors for hotel service, 21 floors to house apartments, along with four floors for shops.
It would also have a sky deck that will exceed four thousand meters to appreciate panoramic views of the city, a performance center and an indoor pool.
The current proposal, presented to state authorities, stipulates a height of 475 meters.
According to the governor of Nuevo León, Samuel García, he celebrated the beginning of this work and highlighted that the state already has the two tallest buildings in Mexico: Torres Obispado in Monterrey and Torre KOI, in San Pedro Garza.
It should be noted that Nest will be in charge of marketing the residential part made up of exclusive amenities, apartments, residences, and penthouses.

For its part, the official site ensures that RISE will be a pole of social, economic and entertainment attraction, offering unique and cutting-edge experiences created in a cosmopolitan commercial offer.
According to those responsible, the skyscraper is expected to be completely completed in 2026.
