Despite the creation of the data region, the manager specifies that most of the promised investment has been allocated to the "Future Skills" pillar, with which they have trained 145,000 students in digital skills, have certified 4,000 and have found employment at 700.
They have also opened laboratories in the Intelligence Center of the Autonomous University of Ciudad de Juárez, the Technological Institute of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, the Veracruzana University, and they plan a future one in Guanajuato.
