Queretaro's industrial market leads the construction of the Bajío

The Querétaro industrial market leads industrial construction in the Bajío region with 50 thousand square meters that began in the month of July.

Currently, there are 23 industrial warehouses under construction with a total of 400 thousand square meters, which positions the Querétaro market with the highest number of industrial constructions behind Monterrey and Mexico City.

Of the industrial buildings, 77% are vacant for immediate rent. Spaces ranging from 4 thousand square meters to 69 thousand square meters. Mostly, industrial warehouses with high-end class A features to satisfy the most demanding needs of companies.

The Airport submarket has become a strategic area for industrial development, covering 52% of current industrial constructions, followed by the Querétaro - San Luis Potosí submarket in which 28% of industrial developments are concentrated thanks to the distribution and easy access to northern markets.

The volume of constructions reflects the attraction of both foreign and national investments in the Querétaro market, which is expected to continue growing thanks to the high demand in the State.
