The settlement of companies in the Aguascalientes market has generated downward pressure on the current market offer. In the last year the vacancy rate has reported a decrease of 1.6 percentage units. During the month of June 2024, the vacancy rate reported 0.55%, being the second market nationwide with the lowest vacancy rate.

The decrease in vacancy has been a consequence of a combination of factors, including the constant demand for industrial space and the low supply of speculative constructions.
