Puebla's office market has new corporate developments on the horizon

Puebla is the fourth largest city in Mexico and currently has 19 thousand square meters under construction with spaces for the office sector, all of which are projects classified as class B, in the Angelopolis corridor, an area that houses luxury subdivisions, commercial and corporate areas.

Torre Valda is one of the newest vertical developments with a height of more than 100 square meters, being a mixed-use development it will have one floor available with a thousand square meters for office use with private spaces and common areas for work.

Downtown Puebla will be a luxury shopping center that stands out for having the largest Walmart store in Mexico, gyms, movie theaters, restaurants, cafes and an area for corporate use.
