The corridors with the largest vacant area nationwide are Santa Fe in CDMX, Santa María in Monterrey and Angelópolis in Puebla
According to data from Solili, during 2023, office vacancy nationwide showed a downward trend, motivated by the continuous recovery in demand, mainly in the markets of Tijuana, Mexico City, Guadalajara and Querétaro.

In this way, vacancy at the national level closed 2023 with 18.15%, although the maximum figure was registered in the Puebla market, which exceeded 25%; while the main corporate markets, which are CDMX and Monterrey, closed the year with average percentages of 20.3% and 13.9%, respectively.
The Angelópolis market, in Puebla, reported a vacancy of 24%, which is equivalent to 63,000 square meters (m²) of offices.

However, in the country's capital, vacancy reached 2 million 456,000 m², of which nearly 80% was concentrated in five corridors: Santa Fe, Polanco, Insurgentes, Norte and Reforma.
In Santa María, Monterrey, 82,000 m² were reported vacant, which represents a percentage of 25%; while in Centro Sur, Querétaro, vacancy reached 42,000 m², which is equivalent to a percentage of 16.6 percent.
