Meor carried out the presentation of its new brand of Hubs Parks industrial parks, which includes, so far, building 8 projects in five industrial cities in Mexico that are the most important in the country: Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Ciudad de México, Guadalajara and Monterreythat will represent little more than 3 billion pesos of investment.
“Hubs Park is the great bet to make class A products, worldwide, that can compete in different markets; we really hope to differentiate ourselves and generate added value where we participate ”, Javier Camarena, CEO of Meor, commented at a press conference.
With these projects, Meor will be developing more than 400 thousand m2 profitable in more than 800 thousand m2 of land, for each park around 3 thousand direct jobs will be generated plus indirect ones that could be suppliers, drivers, etc.
"The developments are class A, that means that we have the best specifications with international standards, in all projects we take sustainable considerations, we seek to save energy and reuse water; We are also looking at some strategies for transportation methods, ”reported Jonathan Pomerantz, project manager.
Hubs Park Tijuana is the first industrial park of the brand that is being developed, the next will be in the same city; later in Ciudad Juárez, Monterrey and possibly in Mexico City; the direct ones indicated that these projects will be finished between 12 to 18 months.
