With the objective of satisfying the demand of national and transnational companies, the Meor Real Estate Fund began the construction of its new Hubspark in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, which will have an investment of 600 million pesos (mdp).
It is an industrial park with an area of 85,000 square meters, in which 1,200 direct jobs for skilled labor will be generated, as well as 2,200 indirect jobs.
In an interview with the media, Jonathan Pomerantz, Chief Investment Officer of Meor, pointed out that the project will have three ships, the first will be delivered in April 2023, while the rest of the development is expected to be completed by the end of the same year.

He also announced that the company will announce its fourth industrial complex next September, which will be located in Tijuana.
It is worth mentioning that Hubspark is a Meor brand that is part of its master plan, whose objective is the construction of eight industrial parks in Mexico within the next two years, with an investment of approximately 3.8 billion pesos.
“We are sure that our projects, like the one in Cd. Juárez is a fundamental part of the infrastructure that the country needs to continue leading nearshoring in the world,” Pomerantz assured.
According to the Chief Investment Officer of Meor, its objective is to meet the demand of companies in the manufacturing and logistics sector in Cd. Juárez, since the industrial real estate market in the region has "virtually zero" availability.

In fact, Pomerantz explained that, even without going to market, the project already has a proposal from a company that requires more than 220 thousand square feet.
"HubsPark Cd. Juárez has a privileged location and unique characteristics that allow it to adapt to the needs of any industry," he said.
And it is that, the park not only has a Class A design, it also has a hybrid concept, that is, with flexible dimensions to adapt to any company.
“There are three ships in plan, but they are designed to be modular. Basically you only need to remove walls to make a single floor, or put more to divide several”, he concluded.
