FIBRA PROLOGIS, is a leading real estate investment trust (REIT) located in one of the largest economies in Latin America. They are focused on acquiring, owning and managing Class A manufacturing and logistics facilities, located in six industrial markets (Ciudad de México, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Reynosa, Tijuana y Ciudad Juárez).

FIBRA SHOP, specializing in shopping centers, was created in 2013 to acquire, develop and operate this type of property. The portfolio is made up of 17 real estate in operation, one joint venture in operation and one joint venture under development. Located in the states of Guanajuato, Querétaro, Veracruz, Baja California Sur, Quintana Roo, Jalisco, Sonora, Morelos, Chiapas, Estado de México, Chihuahua and Puebla.

FIBRA SOMA, is the first Trust to be placed in BIVA, it is focused on the acquisition, leasing and management of real estate. Its portfolio is made up of 12 properties located in the main cities of Mexico.
