There were two factors that determined the success of working from home at the beginning of the health emergency, according to Estrella Vázquez, general director of Factor RH, a human capital solutions company.

Flexibility at work allows people to organize their work according to their particular life situation, which, in turn, gives them greater certainty, peace of mind and organizational capacity, so organizations need to focus on having strategies that provide all previous.

According to the specialist, among the key factors to achieve this is the change in the style of leadership according to the environment and work modality and the renewal of work culture and policies.

Two other factors would be the migration of the home office or the offices towards flexibility according to the tasks that each person in the work team develops and rethinking the evaluation of objectives and performance of the collaborators' competencies.
