With an initial investment of 84 million pesos, Grupo Lintel inaugurated its new multitenant 1 building in the Colinas de Leon II industrial park. It is a 7,200 square meter building of construction in its first stage, with expansion capacity to 15,300 square meters and up to 30,600 square meters in the entire campus.

According to the firm, the project will be a multi-user campus, equipped with world-class infrastructure including; tilt-up walls, concrete floors, electrical systems, loading docks and spaces designed for light and medium industry companies.
According to the company's estimates, during the construction period the ship generated 200 jobs, projecting to employ 150 people in its first operational stage and up to 300 positions in its final phase.

During the ceremony, the governor of the state, Libia Denisse García Muñoz, highlighted that projects like this are an example of the attraction of investments with a social focus to benefit Guanajuato families.
