Even with the importance of the manufacturing sector that moved the largest number of transactions nationwide, large logistics center operations took the lead in the amounts where large distribution centers stand out in the main cities in the hands of the largest cargo mobilizers such as Amazon , Mercado Libre, among others.

In Monterrey, the market that so far leads to industrial demand at the national level almost 20% of the demand for the first 11 months of the year corresponds to a manufacturing company that occupied two industrial facilities on the Salinas Victoria corridor in an important industrial park in the area.
