GFA and Thor Urbana advance in laying the first stone of their new joint project, Landmark Reserve in Zapopan, Jalisco.

They estimate an investment of more than 1,900 million pesos that includes a tower of residential apartments that are integrated into The Landmark Guadalajara complex.

According to the statement, there will be a total of 248 apartments ranging from 87 m2 with one bedroom, to Sky Residencies of more than 600 m2 or Penthouse of 429 m2.

"We are very pleased to begin the construction of Landmark Reserve, a project that will set a new standard in the high-luxury residential category in Jalisco," commented Marcos Fasja, General Director of GFA.

Likewise, Landmark Reserve will be located in Puerta de Hierro, where there are fashion boutiques, haute cuisine restaurants, business and commercial areas, hospitals, and universities.

The apartment tower will offer a differentiated service under the Resort Living concept, that is, it will offer its inhabitants all the comforts of a luxury hotel in three segments: Reserve Experience, Reserve Club and Reserve Business.

Reserve Experience, contemplates all the premium services of a hotel, but in the comfort of home, such as: Concierge, car with driver and Bellboy. Valet Parking services, personal trainer, Pet Care, Health Coach, dry cleaning, laundry and car wash, among others, are also added.

Reserve Club is a private club with more than 3,400 square meters of recreation areas and endless amenities. There will be a cinema, a bookstore, a gym, a spa, a sky garden, a yoga lounge, a pet park, a teens club, a kids club, a nails bar, a cava and a sports bar, among others.

Finally Reserve Business will be able to provide private offices within the tower for the exclusive use of residents, and additionally they will be able to acquire these spaces.
