
At the end of February 2025, the industrial market of San Luis Potosí registered a vacancy rate of 5.1%, being one of the highest in the Bajío region.

Given the constant demand observed in previous months, developers started several industrial projects to satisfy the need for infrastructure, which caused the vacancy rate to grow more than 3.2 percentage points compared to February 2024.
Currently, 140 thousand square meters are under construction, of which 54% are available for rent, so once these projects are completed, an increase in the market supply could be observed.
