The San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone was the submarket that registered the highest leasing activity, reaching a figure of 49 thousand square meters. It is followed by the San Luis Potosí - Villa de Arriaga submarket with a cumulative 26 thousand square meters.

The industrial parks that were positioned as the favorites for tenants were; WTC Industrial, Logistik Park I and II, Pocket Park, Villa de Pozos, Microparque Industrial M57 and Microparque eje 14.
