According to data provided by the Ministry of Economy, Querétaro registered Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) that amounted to a total of $617 million dollars until September 2023.
Compared to the year before the pandemic, when the demand for office space in Querétaro reached 56 thousand square meters leased, the year 2023 registered a demand of 42 thousand square meters. These data indicate a recovery trend in recent years, evidencing gradual progress in the region's office market.

In January 2024, the numbers remain promising, with positive net demand and significant leases totaling over a thousand square meters in the Bernardo Quintana and Centro Sur corridors. It stands out that 83% of the occupied spaces belong to the Class A category.
