BCS Automotive Interface Solutions, manufacturer of control systems for the interior of vehicles, made an investment of 1,200 million pesos in its new plant, located in El Marqués, metropolitan municipality of Querétaro; In this project, the firm expects to generate 1,100 jobs.

"We have potential projects of up to 2,000 million dollars, with a planned investment of 200 million dollars and the expansion of two additional plants to the current one, and create a total of 3,600 additional jobs," he said.

The company is located in the Querétaro Innovation Technology Park, from where, he added, the automaker will pay to strengthen the entity's economic activity.

During the inauguration of the plant, the secretary of Sustainable Development (Sedesu) Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, stressed that the company will find the necessary talent to manufacture steering control modules, complex switches, electrical interface control panels and controls for heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

During 2022, 10 automotive investment projects arrived in the state, which together represent 5,246 million pesos, with the projection of generating 1,453 jobs.
