Kampus Desarrollos builds the second phase of its industrial park in Guadalajara

This project aims to respond to the growing demand for nearshoring, integrating sustainable infrastructure and innovative solutions for manufacturing and logistics companies thanks to its location in the El Salto industrial submarket, which highlights its connectivity with the port of Manzanillo and Bajío.

These conditions have led Jalisco to compete directly with leading regions such as Nuevo León and Bajío, positioning it as a strategic player in the national and international economy.

With an investment of close to 100 million dollars, the second phase of the Kampus Industrial Santa Rosa is scheduled to be completed in 2027, so the objectives for 2025 and 2026 are to work on the construction of buildings 5 and 6 as well as other properties within the park.
