Invi and Infonavit partners to facilitate access to housing
Inmobiliare | January 08, 2022 |

The Housing Institute (Invi), created an agreement with Infonavit to facilitate the acquisition, construction or remodeling of housing in CDMX.

With this alliance, "soft credits" may be requested and discounts will be given in payment of rights or taxes, hoping to promote the home improvement program and have a greater scope.

The head of government, Claudia Sheinbaum, said that both institutions are working to improve the use of mortgage loans. In addition, the General Directorate for Territorial Regularization (DGRT) will seek to regulate Infonavit's land in the capital.

In view of this, it will ask the Institute for information on its properties and the guidelines it carries out for its deed processes.

On the other hand, it will no longer be necessary for the beneficiary to process a license from the corresponding mayor's office when requesting a loan from Infonavit, since the government will only be in charge of providing specialized care in specific procedures.

This is an advantage for users when it comes to accessing their financing to start building or improving their home.

It is planned to make available the “Special Program for Urban Regeneration and Inclusive Housing 2019-2024 for Mexico City”.

In addition, work is being done on the simplification and streamlining of procedures related to the deed.

Another of the great contributions that this new strategy will have to benefit the residents of the capital will be the Infonavit Single Window.

With it, complications in the procedures will be avoided thanks to its administrative facilities, related to issues: registry, cadastral or freedom of encumbrance.
