Monterrey y Ciudad Juárez take the first places in industrial buildings that were completed during the month of July 2023, becoming part of the inventory of their respective markets.

Monterrey completed 58,000 square meters of industrial buildings while in Ciudad Juárez there are 53,000 square meters that completed construction in the seventh month of the year. Three other markets such as Guadalajara, Tijuana y Querétaro managed to deliver in July 2023 about 36,000, 30,000 and 27,000 square meters, respectively.

In turn, while some projects finish, others begin to be built and this amount becomes similar to those that are delivered, reporting just over 230,000 square meters. However, the territorial concentration is different and more than 66% of these new buildings that have just started construction are located on Monterrey.
