The Chinese company Intretech, a global leader in the development of advanced technological solutions and specialized in vehicle navigation systems, has chosen Nuevo León as the strategic point to begin operations in Mexico.

According to information from the Ministry of Economy of Nuevo León, with an investment of 60 million dollars and the creation of 1,500 employees, the plant, located in Apodaca, will be the company's first on the American continent and will begin operations in 2025.

The plant will focus on the manufacturing of smart components, consolidating the region as a hub of innovation and technological development. Founded in 2011, Intretech has a workforce of 9,000 employees, including 1,600 engineers and 4 factories globally.

During a visit in October 2023, the governor of Nuevo León toured the Intretech facilities in Shanghai China, as part of his strategic tour to attract foreign direct investment to the state, consolidating the region as a key destination for the high-end industry. technology.
