The owner commented that there is a considerable supply of this type of house, mainly in neighborhoods of the city that have been consolidated.

Francisco de Montejo and Ciudad de Caucel are neighborhoods where there has been an increase in their price.

The consolidation of complementary uses such as shops, schools and hospitals, has favored interest in the area.

In addition, he indicated that this change does not refer to low-income houses losing value, no longer being built or not being bought since this sector has its own market, but he reaffirmed that in recent days the request has become relevant to the average house.

The president of the chamber indicated that this growth is due, in the same way, to the increase in credit solutions for families, where banking institutions and Infonavit have lowered their annual interest rate.

"That makes people have greater purchasing power and demand a type of house with a higher price," he said.

Ancona Chamber added that social housing does not lose interest in the support offered by the State Government, which recalled that the delivery of support for up to 45 thousand pesos is still in force, a process that ends this December.

This support has been provided for approximately 1,500 homes, the price of which is not higher than 430,000 pesos.
