Comprehensive Board of Directors of AMEFIBRA

AMEFIBRA (Asociación Mexicana de Fibras Inmobiliarias, A.C.) announced the recent formation of its Board of Directors, made up of four important members of FIBRAs, and two leaders in economic and regulatory matters.

Through a statement, the association announced that said council was made up of the Member Directors: Luis Gutiérrez, general director of FIBRA Prologis and also current president of the association; Gonzalo Robina, deputy general director of FIBRA UNO and founding president of AMEFIBRA; Simón Galante, CEO of FIBRAHotel; and Jorge Ávalos, CEO of FIBRA Monterrey.

As well as by the Independent Directors Mikel Arriola, president of Liga MX and Eduardo Osuna, vice president and general director of BBVA.

Founded in 2015, AMEFIBRA groups together the 16 real estate FIBRAs that operate in different sectors (hotels, offices, industrial, commercial, self-storage, schools, among others) that are listed on the Mexican market.

As a whole, the FIBRAs have a capitalization of 300 billion pesos and are a great investment instrument, especially in times of change.
