According to José Abel, the health emergency managed to speed up digitization in Mexico and helped build trust between the end user and product providers, who only interacted at a distance.
"Supported by tools that we did not develop ourselves, we gave the digitization part of the shopping experience, which we later complemented with the physical part, once people went out again."
Likewise, Agustín Levy, explained that the real estate future is not only in marketing, since there are elements such as innovation in the product that has been under the same concept for years.

"We must understand and diagnose the industry well to know what can come for it and not forget about the product, because then there is a lot of investment and the product is not made with the end customer in mind and what they want or need."
Finally, Giorgio Nehme stressed the importance of generating community in each of the projects, since as a developer, it is easier to understand the needs of the property and the residents.
