Industrial construction starts in SLP increased 29% in Q1 2025

During the first quarter of 2025, the San Luis Potosí industrial market registered the start of construction on 50,000 square meters, representing a 29% increase compared to the same period last year.

According to information from the Solili platform, developments are taking place on five industrial buildings, primarily within the Colinas de San Luis, WTC 3, and Logistik parks.

The consulting firm indicated that the corridor that reported the most construction starts was the San Luis Potosí - Río Verde Highway, with more than 28,000 square meters, followed by San Luis Potosí - Villa de Arriaga, with 19,000 square meters.

Industrial buildings in the state have an average price of around $5.81 per square meter, as developers in the Bajío region have focused their efforts on offering affordable prices to maintain the area's competitiveness.
