
Demand in the San Luis Potosí industrial market accumulated 28,000 square meters at the end of the first quarter of 2025.
During this quarter, construction began on 50,000 square meters, representing a 29% increase in new project development compared to the same period in 2024. The developments are taking place in five industrial buildings, of which 39% are currently available for leasing.

The submarket that reported the most construction starts was the Carretera San Luis Potosí - Río Verde with more than 28,000 square meters, followed by San Luis Potosí - Villa de Arriaga with 19,000 square meters.
The developments under construction are primarily located in the industrial parks, Colinas de San Luis, WTC 3, and Logistik.
