The construction of industrial warehouses in the San Luis Potosí market continues to grow; in the first half of the year, 85 thousand square meters of new construction began were reported, which are divided into 5 industrial projects.

Currently, 7 industrial buildings are under construction, which together have a net profitable area of 194 thousand square meters, of which one third is available.

The start of construction of industrial projects during the first six months of the year reports an increase of 32% compared to the same period in 2023.

Among the industrial corridors that have shown greater activity in construction starts so far this year is the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone with a total of 161 thousand square meters started, followed by the San Luis Potosí - Villa de Arriaga corridor with 32 thousand square meter.

Of the total square meters started so far this year, around 49% belong to speculative warehouse projects, intended to meet market demand.
