The start of construction of industrial warehouses in the Aguascalientes market reported an increase in the month of August 2024, triggering nearly 86 thousand square meters in the development process, which are concentrated in 3 industrial projects.
13% of the space that began construction belongs to speculative warehouses intended to meet market demand, while the remaining 87% are BTS projects, designed to the specifications and requirements of the client to whom they are intended.
