Industrial demand in the San Luis Potosí market accumulated a total of 40 thousand square meters by the end of the fourth quarter of 2024.
During this quarter, construction of 100 thousand square meters began, placing the market in fourth place nationwide in terms of the start of new projects. These are concentrated in 7 industrial buildings, 76% of these spaces are categorized as speculative properties and the remaining 24% are located as Built To Suit projects.

Among the projects that began construction in the quarter, the largest building is a class A property developed by Robertson Industries of 24 thousand square meters.
The submarket that reported the most construction starts was San Luis Potosí - Villa de Arriaga with 63 thousand square meters, followed by the San Luis Potosí Industrial Zone with 31 thousand square meters.

The development of the new projects is located in the industrial parks; Logistik, Vynmsa Industrial Park, Colinas de San Luis, WTC 2, Villa de Pozos and Tres Naciones.
