Grupo IGS began construction of South Park, a new industrial park in the southeast of Ciudad Juárez.
The project was approved by the firm after determining a broad economic dynamism in the region, informed Misael Pesina, administrator of the IGS Portfolio
“Juárez is a specific city for us. We have a reserve of land and we are ready for the needs of users who are coming to the city,” Pesina said.
South Park has an area greater than 50,000 square meters and stands on eight hectares of land on Independencia Boulevard and Acacias Street.
Regarding investment, the businessman mentioned that more than 26 million dollars have been allocated since the beginning of the work.

Misael Pesina informed the local newspaper, El Diario, that the park will be made up of four industrial buildings on a 14-hectare site.
In addition, it will have a complex called Independencia Sur that began construction on June 1, without further information about its use.
The project was carried out in two stages, the first was the construction of a building of 20 thousand square meters and another of five thousand. Both are already leased by Flexteel and Prince Manufacturing companies.

Instead, the second stage also consists of a building of 20 thousand and another of 5,500 square meters. Although the latter are already leased, the firm has not revealed the names of the companies that will arrive.
Finally, for the next three years, the firm plans to reach 240 thousand square meters of construction, although it has not revealed details of the other projects.
