Construction of a new industrial park begins in Tamaulipas with 70 hectares

With 70 hectares of extension, the North Point company began the construction of a new industrial park in Tamaulipas; the company expects it to become the largest in Mexico.

According to the brand, the North Point Industrial & Business Altamira Park will be a world-class development with a total of 104 lots, which will focus on investment projects with European and Asian capital; and will serve the medium and light industry and warehousing centers.

North Point added that the building will have warehouses, a business and entertainment center, as well as a concession for a shopping center.

The new North Point industrial park in Tamaulipas will promote the creation of more than 3,500 jobs from its inception to its commercialization, according to Carlos Graciano Jiménez González, CEO of North Point.

For what is being consolidated, together with state authorities, the commitment to greater economic development for Tamaulipas families.

Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca, in charge of presiding over the laying of the first stone for the construction of the new industrial development, pointed out that Tamaulipas occupies the sixth place in the country with the largest number of establishments in the Manufacturing Industry, Maquiladora and Export Services ( IMMEX), with more than 400 companies in the sector.

Finally, Jiménez González recognized the potential of the state as the one with the greatest communication with the United States of America.
