The interest in applying for a loan to purchase a home or land remains in the third quarter of 2021, as revealed by the Infonavit Survey of Credit and Housing Needs.
The index on expectations of acquisition of mortgage credit remains at 30 points, only one point below the previous measurement, according to the document.
The foregoing indicates that the interest of workers in acquiring financing in the following 12 months is reflected.

Of the beneficiaries surveyed who are interested in the loan, 51.2% indicate that they plan to use it for the purchase of a home.
While 51.1% say they will use their financing to build on their own land.
In terms of financing, 32.1% mention that they prefer to apply for a loan and join it with their partner.
While 29.7% mention that they want to join him with an acquaintance or relative in order to reach a greater amount of financing.

And 21% wish to process it individually through co-financing with commercial banks.
According to Infonavit, the results are in line with the expectations of those surveyed regarding a better economic situation in the households of the beneficiaries and in the country during 2022.
In that sense, 23.3% consider that the economic situation of the country today is better than that of a year ago. The rest of 59.7% expect conditions to improve in the next 12 months.
For the preparation of the survey, 1 thousand 502 interviews were carried out between July 27 and August 7, 2021, which constitute a representative sample of the beneficiaries who are employed and who do not have a loan.
