From the reform in the matter of Labor Subcontracting or outsourcing, the Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers released the Subcontracting Information System (SISUB).

This system seeks to support companies and individuals registered under the Regime for the Provision of Specialized Services (REPSE), so that they comply with their tax obligations.

The platform, available from September 1, will allow companies and individuals to comply with article 29 Bis of the Infonavit law, which establishes that each four-month period, no later than January 17, May and September, You must inform about the contracts or obtained between each period.

The platform will make it easier for employers to comply with their obligations, electronically, since they will be able to upload the contracts obtained, the employer's records, as well as any modifications that may arise, as well as follow up on their online applications and receive notifications via email.
