Tijuana has great potential for the development of private construction projects, which has attracted national investors, especially in the area of mixed-use vertical constructions.
Architect Héctor Jaime Ruiz, Assistant Director of Construction at Milk Life Investments, highlighted this during a meeting of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC) in Tijuana, where he presented ongoing projects such as OVVA and Shake, which include apartment and office towers, as well as condominiums on Avenida Revolución.

Tijuana currently has several mixed-use projects under construction that include office spaces, totaling over 60,000 square meters of net rentable area.
The Zona Dorada has been the most requested corporate area, which is why investors continue to develop and design vertical projects that meet current requirements. Located in the Zona Río submarket, 40,000 square meters are currently under construction.
