The industrial vacancy rate increases in Querétaro, reaching 4.3% in April

Querétaro has become one of the main industrial attractions for companies seeking to establish themselves within the Bajío region. The market manages to close the month of april with an accumulated demand of 57 thousand square meters, higher than markets such as Guanajuato or San Luis Potosí.

For the month of April, Querétaro increased its industrial supply, reaching a vacancy rate of 4.3%, a figure that reflects healthy vacancy levels to satisfy industrial demand in the market.

Currently, more than 240 thousand square meters of class A industrial warehouses are available ready for lease. The Airport corridor stands out by grouping 39% of available industrial warehouses, mainly in the Vesta Park Querétaro, Parque Industrial Aeropuerto and Parque Industrial Kaizen industrial parks.

Likewise, the Mexico - Querétaro corridor has 37% of warehouses available in the Cantera Industrial Park and El Marqués parks. In the case of the Querétaro - San Luis Potosí corridor, there is 22% availability in the Querétaro Park V and VI industrial parks (within the PIQ) and Finsa Querétaro III.

It is expected that over the course of the year, companies will choose to settle within the industrial market of Querétaro thanks to its geographical location that stands out for connecting the center and north of the country in addition to its road infrastructure.
