At the close of January-February 2025, office vacancies in Querétaro totaled 2 thousand square meters, a figure that triples the volume recorded in the same period of 2024.

The move out activity in Querétaro during the months of January and February 2025 represents 76% in relation to office occupancy during the same period. The national economic environment is affected by a slowdown in demand influenced by tariff measures, which are beginning to impact key productive sectors, such as commerce and industry.
