Demand for speculative industrial projects increases in Querétaro

In the third quarter of 2024, industrial demand in the Querétaro market reached 167 thousand square meters, which represented an increase of 12% compared to the previous quarter.

The Querétaro - San Luis Potosí submarket leads the highest demand in the quarter, reporting 52% of the transactions in the market, mainly in the Querétaro Industrial Park as it is one of the main industrial development hubs in the market.

Second, the Mexico-Querétaro submarket captured 22% of industrial demand transactions, followed by the Airport submarket, which accounted for 15% of transactions in the third quarter.
