FINSA, a developer of industrial parks, inaugurated its third park in the entity in Querétaro. With an extension of 73 hectares, this new sustainable industrial complex will have the capacity to receive about 22 companies that will arrive with Nearshoring, generating 19,500 direct and indirect jobs for the Bajío region.
The new park is located in the most important automotive and logistics corridor in Latin America, so that just over a year after its construction began, 38% of the development has already been committed, and by the end of June 2023 it is projected to reach 65% occupancy.

Three companies are currently operating within the new park, two of them from the logistics sector and one more from the metal-mechanical sector, in addition to the fact that three buildings are in the process of being built for clients of German, American and Swiss origin, both automotive and electronic. The construction of these new plants is carried out with a sustainable design approach, and they will have LEED certification.
The new Queretaro industrial park joins the 22 FINSA parks in Mexico, a company that to date has developed close to 12 million square meters of industrial properties. The firm currently manages one of the largest lease portfolios in the Latin American region with 3.3 million square meters, which translates into the installation of around 400 companies.

The head of the Secretary of Sustainable Development in the State, Marco Antonio del Prete Tercero said that there are currently 49 industrial parks in Querétaro and that according to data from the real estate industry they are 94% occupied, these industrial parks they are found in Querétaro, El Marqués, Colón, Corregidora, San Juan del Río and Pedro Escobedo.
The inauguration ended with the promise that in March new investments by Europe would be revealed to establish themselves in Querétaro and in the FINSA III Industrial Park.
