Hubs Park Apodaca de Meor, begins construction in Nuevo León

With an investment of 300 million pesos and the generation of 1,000 direct jobs and 1,500 indirect jobs, Meor laid the first stone of what will be its new industrial park: Hubs Park 

Apodaca, which will be located in Nuevo León, and is expected which opens in May 2022.

The company that develops industrial and commercial class A projects, Meor, announced that the construction of this industrial park is designed to house manufacturing and logistics companies in its 18,500 profitable square meters.

Javier Camarena, CEO of Meor, commented that, even in times of pandemic, the real estate sector has been growing.

This warehouse was built under the stand alone modality with the possibility of being subdivisible, following the characteristics of the Hubs Park line, which are ideal for AAA companies looking for industrial spaces in the main industrial corridors of Mexico.
