Horsan to build a new industrial park in Salinas Victoria

Horsán Industrial Development plans to invest 650 million pesos to build a new industrial park located in the municipality of Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León.

The developer calls the project Holsan Industrial Park, which is designed to consist of two phases, each lasting five years, so its execution is planned for the medium and long term.

According to the information submitted by the company to environmental authorities, the project contemplates the use of 2,409,424 square meters, distributed across two recently acquired properties. The marketable area will be 821,744 square meters, where the subdivisions and construction of industrial and service warehouses will take place.

The park includes essential services such as electricity, drinking water, sanitary sewage, waste collection, telecommunications, internet, and natural gas (LPG) supply, which will be essential for the proper functioning of the entire park.
